* Transactions are by mail order only.
* Payments must be enclosed with orders. Payment is by cheque or postal order.
* Cheques / Postal orders are to be made payable to Garden Bulbs.
* Customers’ payments are kept on deposit by Garden Bulbs until orders are dispatched.
* The exact delivery date will depend on weather conditions in The Netherlands, but for the spring flowering season, will be late July/August.
* In the event of a product becoming unavailable, the customer will be advised by e-mail, and Garden Bulbs will only replace the item with a substitute if specifically requested. Otherwise, the full cost of the item will be refunded.
* Ordering deadline for Spring Flowering bulbs is August 31st.
Garden Bulbs do not keep or record customers’ financial information. Only names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and details of orders are recorded.
No customer information is made available to third parties, under any circumstances.
